Centrum Patria Future has originated from a medical agency established in 1992 in Warsaw. It employed physicians and nurses. It developed towards medical, psychological and care services.
At present the Centre employs physicians of various specializations, psychologists, physiotherapists and nurses.
A patient who calls the Center directly contacts a coordinator. In the department of care and hospice services every patient has his/her coordinator assigned, who knows the patient's whole medical history and immediately responds to his/her needs. So, when the patient or his/her family call the Center, the problem of the patient can be directly approached without wasting time on unnecessary explanations. Current information on the state of health of the patient can be made accessible for the family via e-mail.
